See it, try it!

Welcome to Art On Demand, the Lawrence Arts Center’s access to
Field Trips,
Workshops, or both put together.

Free field trips are available from 9 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. Field trips outside of our regular hours will be charged a fee.

Workshops take place in Arts Center studios for one hour and are $5/student for public organizations, $10/student for private groups and parties. Workshops On Demand can be paired with a Field Trip to create a longer, more in-depth experience. Workshops can be scheduled any day of the week, from 9am to 7pm.

Field Trips on Demand

Choose which type of field trip experience you would like from the options below.

Workshops on Demand

Work in the studios with professional teaching artists to create projects in different mediums. Whether you are setting this up for a special group experience or a private party, these workshops are a wonderful, art-making experience for youth to feel successful and creative. Many workshops can earn a badge for Scout troops; just look for workshops that include BADGE READY! in the listing. Additionally, many of our Workshops connect directly to the exhibits in the gallery; feel free to connect a gallery tour or critique before or after your scheduled workshop.
