When school is out, art is in! We base our School’s Out Workshops on our summer programming model, mixing performance and visual arts together to take a deep dive into a fun and engaging theme. Students participate in creative, project-based learning in both disciplines to create wondrous works of art in a lively and social setting. Communicate, collaborate, and create!
We have two exciting School’s Out Workshops coming up.
On Valentine’s Day we will be hosting an Art is Love School’s Out Camp for grades 1-2 and 3-5. Explore amazing Valentine’s Day activities to create a bounty of gifting goodies! You’ll walk away with plenty of art to give away to those you love. Will you be our valentine?

And just one week later we will have Pop Up Gallery for grades 1-2 and 3-5. This is a two-day workshop that runs on 2/20 and 2/21. Students will spend time in both performance and visual arts working on pieces that will be installed into a “pop up” gallery. The workshop includes drawing, painting, sculpture, movement, video and anything their imaginations can conceive and create. Part of the workshop will include how to set up and show off our own gallery in the main lobby.
