What is the SYT Internship Program?
The Summer Youth Theatre’s Internship Program is open to 9th-12th graders and college students who want to explore a hands-on theatre work-study experience. Each student will be assigned a role for a specific show and will be required to attend weekly meetings over the course of eight weeks. The program focuses on building leadership skills and cultivating communication and problem-solving abilities.
How does the internship work?
Interns are required to attend weekly meetings to discuss the productions they are working on and solve problems as a group. Interns are required to be on time for each meeting, rehearsal, and production and to follow through on their assignments. Each position pays a stipend.

Meetings will occur Thursdays from 12:30pm-1:30pm. May 30, June 6, June 13, June 20, July 3 (No SYT July 4 or 5), July 11, 18 and 25.
