The Lawrence Arts Center debuted its production of “Little Red Riding Hood” Friday night. Written by regular Arts Center collaborator Max Bush, the show is a darker take on the fairy tale familiar to most. For two cast members, married University alumni Ric and Jeanne Averill, the show is somewhere around the 300th production they’ve worked on.
