We’re Going to Kansas City!

The National Council on Education for the Ceramics Arts (NCECA) annual conference is in Kansas City this year and we’re celebrating with a presentation by Arts Center faculty and an exhibition by a few of our favorite ceramicists!

March 17 – 12:30pm

Chief Program Officer Margaret Weisbrod Morris, Director of Youth Education Neal Barbour, and Faculty/Staff Member Emeritus Laurie McLane-Higginson will present a co-lecture entitled “STEAMING AHEAD: Art, Science, and Design Thinking” at the Kansas City Convention Center.

March 17 – 7pm

Join us for opening receptions for new work by Ben Ahlvers, Russell Wrankle, Kyla Strid, and Brian Horsch at Kansas City’s 2016 Main Gallery.
