We were proud to be part of the virtual debut of I Heart Local Music’s concert series in historic Lawrence locations on Tuesday, July 28. Alex Kimball Williams of Bad Alaskan performed right here in our galleries and musicians CS Luxem, Ryan Manuel and Elexa Dawson played at the Watkins Museum of History, the Dole Institute of Politics and the Carnegie Building. This wonderful series is a celebration of Lawrence cultural buildings that experienced temporary closures during the COVID pandemic.
