The beautiful home that was built in 1861, as well as the 8.6 acres of lush woods and meadows, will serve as the perfect backdrop to showcase the Lawrence Arts Center’s School of Theatre & Music and the School of Dance, and professional artists.
Encased in a neighborhood just three blocks northwest of the Kansas University campus, you will be surprised by the solitude and charm of this historic treasure. Enjoy drinks in the meadow as you stroll to the foundation of what once was a limestone barn, which has been converted into an open air garden.
