We’re thrilled to offer various engaging youth & teen classes in visual arts, performing arts, and dance. Our programs include homeschool and after-school options to fit your schedule. Plus, our popular School’s Out programming ensures students can unleash their creativity even when school is not in session. Fall enrollment for members begins on Aug. 1, and open enrollment begins on Aug. 8. Become a member today and enroll early!
Before adding classes to your cart, prep your account to enroll in youth & teen classes quickly:
- Login or create a new account here.
- Before adding classes to your cart, visit “My Account” and click on the “My Household” tab.
- Review your household information to ensure it’s accurate and current. Is someone from your household missing? Add all students you plan to enroll in youth & teen classes by clicking the “Add Household Members” button and completing all information.
- To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we ask for each household member’s date of birth, emergency contact, and allergies or health conditions. Don’t hesitate to contact the front desk with any concerns about the information we collect.
It’s time to enroll!
- Visit the class catalog. Find the youth & teen classes you want to enroll in, then click “Enroll Now.”
- Review the class information to ensure the time and date work for your schedule. All set? Click “Enroll Now,” which will reveal “Attendee Information.”
- Click on the “Name” field to reveal a dropdown of all household members. Select the student you want to enroll in the selected class.
- Next, you must agree to the Liability Waiver and the Transfer Fee, Drop Fee, Class Credit, Refund Policy. You must also opt-in or out of the Image Use Waiver.
- Click “Add to Cart,” then repeat these steps to enroll in more classes. Once you’re ready to checkout, visit your cart to review all classes and check out.
- TIP: Double-check the quantity of each class in your cart to ensure you don’t enroll multiple times. Need to remove a class? Look for the small red X to the left of the class information.

Waitlists, financial aid and payment plans
As classes fill up, we add students to a waitlist. If you join a waitlist online, you are not enrolled in the class. If a spot opens up, and you’re next on the list, the front desk will contact you. Want to know where you’re located on the list? Contact our Front Desk or call 785-843-2787.
If you need to set up a payment plan or apply for financial aid, our front desk is ready to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are generous with our awards, considering circumstances beyond income that may impact your ability to pay. After all, art is for everyone!
