This morning, I stepped in to fill a volunteer slot at the front desk. On the occasion that it happens, this postion never fails to be a joyful experience. Today, one of the parents of our Arts based Early Childhood Education program, dropped off their child’s most recent letter addressed to “Bigfoot.” It appears that there has been a correspondence happening between our inquisitive student and the iconic rarely-seen woodland figure via mail delivered and picked up at the front desk! Later in the morning, a father and daughter sat at our our Kawai baby grand piano (generously loaned to us by Alamo Music – Thank you!) and spent this touching moment together –
