
The Lawrence Arts Center Adult Visual Arts program is seeking to hire experienced Jewelry instructors to design and implement curriculum in our Jewelry & Metals area. Teaching artists who have experience with a wide range of traditional and contemporary approaches to Jewelry design and metalsmithing are preferred. Artists working with alternative materials or processes are also encouraged to apply (i.e. beading or 3-D printing). Classes typically run anywhere from one week to twelve weeks for ages 16 and above.
Teaching Artists are hired as contract artists by semester and report to the Director of Residencies & Adult Education. Currently seeking Teaching Artists to work in person and/or virtually.
