Two arts and culture events, the Free State Festival and the Kaw River Roots Festival, are teaming up this month to “invigorate community venues with film, music and conversation.”
Event directors Marlo Angell of Free State Festival and Mike Hannah of the Kaw River Roots Festival decided to collaborate this year to provide connective offerings for their audiences, according to a news release from organizers.
