The Lawrence Arts Center is excited to announce that Lawrence Print Week will be back this year!
Lawrence Print Week is a week-long celebration of printmaking and the printmaking community in and around Lawrence, KS.
Print Fair Calendar 2023

October 27th – Print Fair Set Up 12-5 p.m. & Final Fridays Reception 6 – 9 p.m.
October 28st – Print Fair open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
October 28th – Tear down starting at 5 p.m.
Eligibility
Open to artists working in all forms of printmaking. Work must be original, fully digital reproductions and photographs are not eligible.
Registration
Vendors must complete a Print Fair vendor registration and payment received by July 15th to the Lawrence Arts Center to reserve their booth. This is done on a first come first served basis… So get registered soon!
This year we have three price options for tabling:
Ground floor (Main Lobby): $150 (SOLD OUT)
Second floor (walkway & class rooms): $80 (6 spots left)
Lower lobby (High School & University Students and Clubs only): $20
Ground and Second floor Vendors receive two tables & two chairs. Table cloths and wall surfaces are not provided. Public Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Students and Print clubs will receive half of an 8ft table and one chair. This is specifically for currently enrolled High School, Undergraduate, Graduate students and/or Clubs and Organization associated with a school or University. Payment
You will receive an email confirming your registration and a link to pay through our website.
Sales & Reproduction
No commission on sales will be taken by the Lawrence Arts Center. All transactions must be handled directly at each vendor. The Arts Center does not offer services, such as cash or credit card access, for vendors. Artists/vendors are responsible for collecting all revenue and taxes. The Lawrence Arts Center
reserves the right to reproduce submitted images by accepted vendors to promote Print Week 2023 (through press releases, websites, email announcements, etc.)
Liability
All reasonable care will be given to the materials on display during the Print Fair. The building will be locked and secured immediately at the end of the Preview Reception. The building will reopen at 9am, and Print Fair spaces will be monitored by staff until the start of the public fair at 10 a.m. The Arts Center cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss incurred before/during/after the Print Fair, or for possible loss in transit.
Shipping
