The Lawrence Arts Center Adult Visual Arts program is seeking to hire experienced instructors in Stained Glass, Fiber Arts, and Creative Writing. The ideal instructor will design and implement curriculum in their respective program. Teaching artists who have experience with a wide range of traditional and contemporary approaches to their medium, are preferred. Classes typically run from one to 12 weeks for ages 14 and above.
Teaching artists are hired as contract artists by semester and report to the Director of Residencies & Adult Education. The arts center is currently seeking Teaching Artists to work in-person and/or virtually.
