7th graders from Liberty Memorial Central Middle School were thrilled to receive t-shirts this morning with their own Six Word Memoirs printed on them thanks to the Zinn Family Foundation in memory of Rebecca Zinn. Published author Molly Krause guided each 7th grade student in creative writing exercises culminating in short memoirs that succinctly reflect the humor, thoughtfulness and emotion of these young authors. Special thank you to the wonderful 7th grade ELA teachers for the third year of a successful partnership with LMCMS, the Arts Center and the Writers-in-Residence!
