There’s no shortage of youth art classes for you and your child to explore at Lawrence Arts Center! Give your child a leg up in life by allowing them to engage their full brain and develop vital social and emotional skills.

Students in our youth visual arts program have the opportunity to use high quality materials and learn from professional artists in our immersive courses. Watch your child investigate, develop, create, refine, and explore in a multitude of mediums!

To ensure our courses are accessible to all, there are financial aid options available, so don’t let cost hold you back from letting your child explore the arts!

Learn simple hand-building techniques as you make a comfy home for a gnome or fairy! We'll experiment with texture and learn to cut shapes and assemble clay to create sculptural houses for gnomes and fairies. Tuition includes the enrollment of one adult and one child.

Lawrence Arts Center is here to ensure anyone—of any age and any background—can connect with a supportive community and flex their creative muscles. With contemporary exhibitions, performances, and an array of music education classes for adults and kids, everyone will find something that’s right for them.

Our primary state-of-the-art facility at 940 New Hampshire St. features classrooms, studios, theatres, and more. To further support the community, we also have a space for classes and rehearsal at 10th & Mass Studios.
