Becky first came to the Lawrence Arts Center Preschool as a parent with her two sons. Becky has a degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, both from the University of Kansas. She has taught and volunteered in a variety of roles in both preschools and elementary schools, including teaching Early Childhood Special Education for 3 years in NE Kansas, teaching 1:1 and small group reading and math intervention, and supporting students with learning differences. She has also worked as a counselor and art director at Camp Wood YMCA.
