Zoe Vincent
Youth Visual Arts
Zoe is an art teacher and artist in Lawrence, KS. She attained her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Art Education from the University of Kansas, where she studied a multitude of art forms including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, metal smithing, fiber arts and ceramics. When teaching, Zoe encourages her students create artwork that is authentically unique to themselves by focusing on self-expression and creative thinking.
Zoe uses her personal art practice as a means of meditation and an exploration of her emotions. She doesn’t like to stick to just one medium, but most often works in paintings and drawings.

The Arts Center tradition continues with a week of art on the street! We'll take on secret artist identities and make works of art in the studios, then chalk, plant, sticker, and hide our artworks in unexpected spaces to surprise people with positivity and togetherness.
School's Out Camps:
Make art with us when school is out! Camp themes explore a range of art media and techniques. Morning and afternoon projects are different, allowing campers to pair sessions for a full day. Campers are encouraged to bring a prepared snack. All-day campers should bring a sack lunch to join our supervised lunch bunch.
