Sarah Jean Robinson
School of Theatre and Music Instructor
Sarah Jean Robinson is an actor & comedian based out of Los Angeles, with an episode on Tacoma FD, her standup featured at The Comedy Store, and starring in a short film alongside the voice of Dexter from ‘Dexter’s Laboratory.’ Her compassionate yet bold point of view has been unleashed on stages and screens all over the US (Second City, Upright Citizens Brigade, iO, and more), and internationally in New Zealand, France, and Guatemala! Classically trained in dramatic & comedic acting from UCLA, Columbia College Chicago, and Second City, this surprisingly good whistler proudly hails from Lawrence, KS. Sarah gets her jollies by playing with the lacy intricacies of the human condition, decoupaging them into film, television, and stand up sets. With vulnerability and light-heartedness as her weapons, this effervescent old soul tackles everything from Shakespeare to improv with bravery, buoyancy, and a clear point of view.
