Learn the art of spray paint portraiture! Experiment with stencils, shading techniques, and bold color choices to create striking, one-of-a-kind portraits.

Gain confidence in drawing the human face with a dynamic approach to rendering. Students will spend time investigating human anatomy and skeletal structure using still-life models and photo studies.

Create wild original characters in this workshop that will introduce digital illustration fundamentals. We’ll learn to control layers of color and detail using, Adobe Illustrator or Procreate, to take our sketchbook drawings into a digital world. Students can bring personal tablets or use the Arts Center’s desktop computers in the Digital Media Lab.
