Each session includes a check-in to share ideas and open ended guidance. Artists involved in this co-op are invited to have their work featured in our showcases next to the front desk at the Arts Center & will receive the proceeds of any art sales.

Dive into the hypnotizing world of watercolor to learn the fundamentals of color mixing, practice brush strokes, and explore special effects. Students of all skill levels will work to create finished artworks and set up their own watercolor palette to take home at the end of the week!

Take a trip to South America and discover the architectural traditions and vibrant cultural history of Lima, the capital city of Peru. We’ll explore the surrounding beaches and jungles and investigate the types of shops, markets, restaurants, and other buildings that make this city special. Working in small groups, we’ll create collaborative cardboard structures which we’ll assemble to make a kid-sized cityscape in the Main Lobby for our families and friends to tour at the end of the week. (Note: These structures may be too large to take home!)
