Welcome to our presentation of Alice in Wonderland. It’s a thrill to present this favorite story in dance. The performance includes many different elements of dance, including different dance forms, different ages, and different skill levels. That makes this performance so special, and I feel lucky to have the opportunity to create this show.

I have such gratitude for all those involved in the creation of this original production. Firstly, thank you to my fellow choreographers: Allison, Annie, Claire, Donna Jo, Gabby, Liat, Maya and Wanwan, thank you for your amazing work! You’ve all been a joy to collaborate with. And a special thank you to Claire who helped me with all the administrative parts of this production. 

Thank you to Samaria and Lexey for letting me aim high on production ideas and finding ways to make the magic on stage.

Thank you to Hanan for your general support and especially for taking on some technical responsibilities to help bring my ideas to fruition. 

Thank you to Knox, Erin, Miranda, and Jillian for your creativity and devotion to making this show better.

Thank you to the dancers, who showed up, worked hard and were a blast to direct. 

Thank you to the dancers’ families that were supportive every step of the way.

We’re all so lucky to have a place like the arts center where we can experience art, specifically dance, in such an accessible way.
