Join Rechelle Bishop for a FREE inside yoga class on January 13th! Inside Flow is a joyful and dance-like style of Yoga developed by Young Ho Kim. Innovative in connecting Yoga postures in a fluid, graceful and seamless manner, Inside Flow is founded on the principle of Spanda, a Sanskrit word referencing the divine vibration of the Universe. Each class we will build the choreography for the flow to a variety of music. If you enjoy Yoga and dance, you will love Inside Flow.
