Allison M Ice
Adult Visual Arts
Born in Lawrence, Kansas, Allison took her first silversmithing course at age 16, and has been well immersed in the design and creation of jewelry ever since. Allison received her Visual Arts BFA from the local University of Kansas in 2014, with her focus in metalsmithing. The program helped her build foundational knowledge in every aspect of metal craft: holloware, stone setting, fabrication, lapidary, lost-wax casting, and computer aided design, to name a few. She is currently an MFA candidate at the University of Kansas.
