Back To Dance Night 2026

Friday, August 21 | 5-8 PM

Kick off the new dance season with the Lawrence Arts Center School of Dance! New and returning students and families are invited to join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and preparation for the year ahead.

Meet our faculty, explore the studios, learn about classes, performances, and upcoming opportunities, and connect with fellow dancers and families. Stop by our School of Dance Attire Swap, where you can exchange loved-and-laundered dancewear and shoes for the next size, level, or something new-to-you. This donation-based swap is facilitated by School of Dance staff; availability of specific items cannot be guaranteed. Gently used items should be dropped off at the front desk by August 19.

Whether you’re preparing for your first class or returning for another exciting season, Back to Dance Night is the perfect way to start the year with confidence, excitement, and a sense of community.
