Christian Boudreaux (He/Him/His) is a recent graduate from the University of Kansas majoring in Theatre Performance and Creative Writing. He specializes in Shakespeare and Musical Theatre with an emphasis on voice and speech and movement. You might have seen him in KU’s production of Brittian’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” as Puck, or for his role as Davey in the Topeka Civic Center’s production of “Newsies.” Christian is a local playwright and actor currently working towards stage combat and stage intimacy proficiency.

In this fundamental course, actors will experiment with the basics of movement and fold in written text to see where artistic authorship, personal autonomy and cultural hybridity merge and mesh. No prior experience or expertise with movement and movement courses necessary!
