Writes of Spring: New Writing Classroom, New Classes!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new writing classroom, and to celebrate, we’re adding more writing classes to our roster than ever before!
Our own Jackie Hedeman will teach Not-So-Secret Selves: Writing Real Life! Jackie describes herself as a “writer, audience member, chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, spy.” We describe her as our grant writer, good-humored proofer extraordinaire, and after a recent, rural residency, goat chasing expert. Not-so-Secret Selves: Writing Real Life will challenge the incognito among us to discuss persona, developing individual voice, and literary risk-taking through memoir and essay. Participants can look forward to a workshop intensive environment to support feedback and critique.
