A Virtual Gathering for Makers and Early Childhood Educators

April 22-24, 2022

The Lawrence Arts Center is delighted to host a Theatre and Dance for the Very Young (TDVY) virtual conference in conjunction with our Theatre and Dance for the Very Young program and Play Lab research series. This virtual event will be a gathering space for makers/artists/scholars in the TDVY field, as well as Early Childhood educators. We invite attendees to share, celebrate, wonder about, dialogue, challenge, and investigate any and all topics connected to the very young experience.

What does the conference look like?

The conference will offer keynote and guest speakers, interactive workshops, panels, and presentations. It will also feature three ticketed virtual TDVY performances that will be performed live for both conference attendees and families around the globe (more info on those performances here). The conference will be held on a live platform with opportunities to access recorded sessions after they have occurred. The schedule is now live and available to view on our registration page!
