Alex is a Topeka native, but forever Lawrencian. She received her B.F.A. from Washburn University in 2014 in Fine Arts. She specializes in printmaking, specifically reduction work and letterpress. Alex started at the Arts Center in 2015 as a Gallery Monitor, worked for two years as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant and is currently the Development Coordinator. She is also the LAC Coordinator on the project team for the East 9th Street Project. When Alex isn’t at work she is usually taking ballet classes, walking her dog, riding her bike with her husband, or cookin’ up something good.
