Performing Arts this March: Big Announcements Coming Your Way!

Announcing our fall musical!

We are beyond excited to announce our fall musical, School of Rock! Based on the cult film with a rocking new score from Andrew Lloyd Webber, this musical follows slacker Dewey Finn as he turns a class of straight-A students into an ear-popping, riff-scorching, all-conquering rock band! Get ready to rock with us this fall!

Mark your calendars!  Auditions: July 11 | Performances: October 9-17

Story Slam Continues

Our Story Slam series continues on Friday, March 13th with the theme “Broken.” Live music begins at 7 pm and the slam starts at 7:30 pm. Never the same story, or evening, twice.

R&B/Jazz in Concert

Join us on March 28th for Ernesto Hodison in Concert as R&B/jazz singer Ernesto Hodison performs a few new and unreleased songs in his debut performance.

Summer Youth Theatre is coming up fast!

We’ve got lots of performance opportunities for 4th-12th graders, but did you know we have a whole amazing range of summer classes for students in Pre-K through 4th grade? Check our upcoming summer catalog to get details on opportunities for younger students interested in play, imagination, and performance (no auditions necessary).

SYT Creative Play: Pre-K to Kindergarten

Join us for our Summer Youth Theatre experience for our youngest performers. Using their wildest imaginations, students will create a performance through play and dramatic exploration.

SYT Rookie: 1st to 4th Grade

Join us in our SYT Rookie Make a Play series. In these week long camps, students will focus on character building and developing their actor’s toolbox (body, voice, and imagination), all while creating their own original story and fantastical characters. Sharings occur for families on the last day of each week.  These classes meet at Studio 720 at 720 E 9th St #8.
