DESCRIPTION:<span style="font-weight: 400;">Barry Fitzgerald is a multi-disciplinary illustrator and artist</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">who</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">explores the compositional relationships between geometry, organic forms, and the design fundamentals of shape, line, texture, and pattern through playful illustrations.</span> A portion of the work for this exhibition was completed during an artist residency at Red Barn Studio in Lindsborg, KS. The other work was completed after the residency in Lawrence. Both series explore the compositional relationships between geometry and organic forms through the design fundamentals of shape, line, texture, and pattern.
