DESCRIPTION:<span style="color: #000000;">Over the last twenty years, Jeff Weinberg has maintained an art studio for his interdisciplinary work. Jeff considers his vast production of paintings to be experiential. Each artwork is inspired by and named after Jeff’s reaction and observation of nature, art, literature, people, or music. Working abstractly, each of the pieces invites you to reflect and find the meaning within. Join us in celebrating Jeff’s creative endeavors in painting as he reflects on his lived experiences.</span> <span style="color: #000000;">A native Kansan, Jeff Weinberg has lived in Lawrence for over 50 years and is a retired KU faculty member. He has been active on numerous local, state, national, and international boards. Collecting art has always been an important part of Jeff's life. In addition, over the last twenty years, he has maintained a studio for his work, which can be found in private collections, two museums, and in sales galleries in Asia.</span> <span style="color: #000000;"><b>Opening Reception | August 1, 5-7 pm</b></span> <span style="color: #000000;"><b>Final Friday | August 29, 6-9 pm</b></span>
