DESCRIPTION:<h6><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>2024-2025 Printmaking Artist-in-Residence</strong></span></h6> <span style="color: #000000;"><em>Metamorphic Apertures</em> explores the ever-shifting intersections of photography, memory, and the natural world. A combination of screen-printed images and illustrations—rendered in processed, unfixed dust—reflect the fragile boundaries between permanence and impermanence. Vulnerable to change and decay, these prints evolve throughout the exhibition. Periodically, select works will be swept away and remade using the same dust from which they first emerged. By inviting the ephemerality of nature into the gallery space, Anthony aims to cultivate a meditative environment that honors the transient world.</span> <span style="color: #000000;">Throughout the run of his show, Anthony will be performing sweeping and live printing processes. Anthony will choose three prints to reprint during each performance using the same dust from which the original print was made.
