DESCRIPTION:<span style="font-weight: 400;">Steven Dragan is an artist based in Kansas City. His paintings capture people and places through an architect's lens. This exhibition displays his "figures" collection, representing people with minimal brush strokes.  This approach grew out of a background in architectural rendering, where being able to quickly draw figures to tell the story of a place is essential. In this series, that functional artistry turns into a type of play that explores patterns, scenes of leisure, and our instinct to assign meaning with minimal input.</span><b> </b> <b>INSIGHT Art Talk | November 14, 7 pm </b>
