DESCRIPTION:<h6>Steamroller Printing</h6> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Come watch the exciting finale of this spring’s Steamroller Print class! Taught by our Printmaking Artist in Residence, Rachel Beer, these students have worked the past eight weeks on carving colossal woodcuts and now they are ready for the steamroller for printing! The students used traditional hand-carving tools as well as electric carvers, saws and routers. The printing will begin at around 10 am and go until we run out of “steam” or 3 pm… whichever happens first.</p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The City of Lawrence generously provides the Steamroller and Driver for this event.</p>
