Tibetan monks, traveling as part of the Sacred Art Tour, will be constructing a sand mandala in the lobby at the Lawrence Arts Center. The tour is sponsored by Rime Buddhist Center.
Refugee-created merchandise will be available. Proceeds benefit the 2,000 monks at Drepung Gomang Monastery in Mundgod, South India. Drepung Gomang Monastic University is one of the most reputed centers for learning, contemplating and practicing
