Join us for a screen printing workshop with artist Amy Cousins! Participants will create one of a kind poster artworks that highlight radical histories and activism specific to Lawrence and Kansas. We will pull key language, images, and figures from underrepresented histories such as queer rights and visibility, indigenous rights, and environmental justice. Participants will not need any prior knowledge of printmaking, and will each get a piece of paper to play with and combine imagery. They will leave with unique prints that celebrate these histories.
