2015/16 Artist in Residence EXHIBITION May 27 – June 18
This exhibit is concerned with how purposeful human actions, alongside uncontrollable factors of time and nature, alter both the current landscape and human agency within that landscape. Impermanent Lines is inspired by the landscapes, communities, development practices and environmental concerns prevalent throughout the Midwest, specifically those of Northeast Kansas.
Amanda Maciuba graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2009 with a degree in Visual Studies and a concentration in Print Media. She completed an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Iowa in 2015.
