Kansas Arts & Cultural Organizations
Your input is needed to help measure the impact of the coronavirus on arts and cultural organizations in Kansas.

In this time of unprecedented disruption to our social, cultural, and economic lives, KCAIC and its partners are working to gauge the impact of the coronavirus on our state’s arts and cultural organizations and practitioners.

While there are a number of worthwhile surveys circulating, these three will help provide various levels of data on a national, regional, and statewide level. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below. Your responses will help us understand what you’re facing today – economic or otherwise – and may guide future resource and programming directions.

• Statewide survey of Kansas Arts & Cultural Organizations
This survey was developed in partnership with Humanities Kansas (lead sponsor), Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area, Kansas Museums Association, and the Kansas Library Association. Can be taken multiple times to reflect real-time changes

• Mid-America Arts Alliance Individual Artist Impact Survey. (Regional)
This survey has been compiled to assess the needs of individual artists age 18 or older across the Mid-America Arts Alliance region (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas). Take by March 31.

• Americans For the Arts Economic Impact of COVID-19 on the Arts and Cultural Sector. (National)
This survey is designed to collect information about the financial and human impacts that the spread of the coronavirus have had on arts and cultural organizations and artists nationally since Jan. 20, 2020. Can be taken multiple times to reflect real-time changes.
