As part of the Free State Festival this past June, the Watkins hosted The Art of Conversation: Race and Social Justice, one of our most popular programs in recent memory, in partnership with the Lawrence Arts Center. Now, the Watkins Museum of History and the Lawrence Arts Center are working together to turn The Art of Conversation into a yearlong series!

• Dr. Jonathan Hagel and Dr. Michael Zogry KU sports historians

• Curtis Marsh has run a training program for kids on sports leadership

This program, at the Watkins Museum of History, will be part of our opening for the exhibit Power Forward: 125 Years of Basketball from 1-4.
