Creative Youth Development Programs
The Lawrence Arts Center offers a place for young people in 6th through 12th grades to immerse themselves in project-based, creative environments where they can develop real-world experience and hands-on arts-based job skills.

HANG12provides students with the opportunity to plan, curate, and host youth exhibitions in Downtown Lawrence every final Friday.

Lawrence Ballet Theatre company is the resident pre-professional ballet company of the Lawrence Arts Center with the mission to provide extensive training, performance opportunities and artistic experience to dancers seeking to develop advanced experience in preparation for a professional career in dance.
