stARTup gives students the professional training and materials they need to jumpstart a career as a visual artist. Lawrence Arts Center’s stARTup program for artistic development operates on a system of sliding-scale tuition. Every amount contributed allows the Arts Center to present the very best program for all students. Families of enrolled students may make a payment between $1 and $700 and may contribute monthly, weekly, or at the start of each semester.
