This gentle, guided class designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Tailored for adults, it focuses on low-impact exercises that promote joint health, balance, and relaxation, ensuring participants improve their physical fitness in a supportive, safe environment.

Those enrolling are expected to be familiar with general policies, attire, and opportunities outlined in the School of Dance Handbook.
