Explore the elegant and fluid movements of Chinese Classical Dance in this fundamentals class. This ancient art form, emphasizes grace, storytelling, and expressive gestures, drawing from centuries of cultural heritage. You'll experience a blend of influences, including folk dance, martial arts, ballet, and Chinese opera, allowing you to appreciate the depth and variety of this unique style. Key elements include footwork, dynamic poses, and using breath to enhance movement.

No class March 12 & 19. This class will participate in the EOYS on May 16-17.

Those enrolling are expected to be familiar with general policies, attire, and opportunities outlined in the School of Dance Handbook.
