Sept. 18 & 25 | Tues, 10:00AM – 10:50AM, Studio 206
Come ‘play’ yoga with your little ones! Adult and Child Yoga classes will include learning a variety of yoga poses, songs, games, breathing and mindfulness exercises. To get the word out and share the joy, current students of Family Yoga are encouraged to bring an adult and child friend to class on Sept. 18 and 25. There’s no cost or registration needed! This is a great opportunity to bond and have some fun with your child/grandchild while experiencing all the benefits of yoga!
Not already a student of Family Yoga? Try your first class for free! To do so, stop by the Front Desk to pick up a Trial Class Placement Form prior to participating in the class. Email the School of Dance Coordinator with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
