Wander Through Summer & Wonder at the Arts Center!

Flowers are in bloom, the air is getting warmer, and summer is right around the corner. The Lawrence Arts Center is gearing up with plans for excitement and experiences in a season like no other! The Arts Center is currently enrolling summer classes and has released its schedule of summer performances and events. While retaining many favorites including week-long ArtSpace camps for elementary kids and a full range of dance classes for all ages, there are plenty of new offerings and activities to amaze you and keep you creative!

We are committed to keeping our community safe, and will work with Douglas County health officials to make deliberate adjustments in class and building capacities as guidelines evolve. But as the weather warms, we are also taking every opportunity to offer outdoor activities – including many that are free!

Check out these classes that take you outside to discover what nature has to offer!
