Making art by yourself is fun, but making art TOGETHER can be even better! From the ever-popular Family Pottery class to our groundbreaking Play Lab series, there’s plenty of opportunity for multi-generational creativity this fall. And don’t forget, our adult education classes are 14 and up, so you can enroll in classes of all mediums with your teens, parents, siblings, and friends, too!
“Creative Play transported my child as well as myself. It took us out of the confines of our house, away from the rules and regulations of sickness, and into a world of endless possibilities. The impact on my child’s creativity was apparent to me as she interacted on screen and for several hours outside of class.”
– Meredith Royer
Family Class Highlights:
Baby Space: Sibling Play – Virtual Experience
Saturdays, 9-9:45am / September 26 – October 10
Join us for our returning Baby Space series, a play-based space for babies and caregivers to create social bonds with each other and as a group. This session we will explore how older siblings interact and play with their younger siblings. This course is best suited for one sibling between 6 months and 2 years, and an older sibling of any age. Caregivers will join their children in creating and investigating the world around them as a family.
Family Pottery
Saturdays 9-10:30am / September 12 – October 17
Children and caregivers work together to make imaginative clay projects on the wheel and with their hands. Enrollment fee covers one adult and one child.
Coloring Outside the Lines
Fridays, September 26 – October 16
This child/adult class allows you and your 2- or 3-year-old to explore the arts together. We will paint and play, and sing and play, and print and play in a hands-on atmosphere. Plan to get messy, so play clothes are a must! Must be 2 by first day of class.
