It’s Not Too Late! Adult Visual Arts Classes Still Enrolling!

Winter has been a flurry of activity around the LAC studios with a blizzard of classes in Visual Arts beginning this week. Don’t let the avalanche intimidate; it’s not too late to enroll in upcoming sessions! Have an opening in your New Year schedule? Check out these later week sessions, enrolling now:

1st Time Potter: Ceramic Artist in Residence Nate Ditzler will provide an introduction to vessel construction and wheel throwing.

Meets Thursdays: 1/10 to 2/28. 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Stained Glass: Join instructor Shanna Wagner in creating shimmering masterpieces.

Meets Saturdays: 1/12 to 3/2. 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Imaginative Drawing: Teaching artist Lora Jost will be your guide through a landscape of unconventional drawing materials and practices to spark creative mark making.

Meets Thursdays: 1/10 to 2/28. 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Life Drawing and Anatomy for the Artist: Explore a variety of drawing materials while building observational skills by working from live models.

Meets Thursdays: 1/10 to 2/28: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Letterpress: Printmaker Tim O’Brien will demystify the art of movable type. Work with letterpress to combine words and images for stationary, broadside prints, business cards, and more!
