It’s that time again; time to figure out what to do after school.  The Arts Center has many Middle and High School classes where students learn art skills from local artist teachers with other youth from around Lawrence.  Each day of the week provides something exciting and new.  On Tuesdays, Ann Dean teaches Darkroom Photography. On Wednesdays, choose between Beginning Painting with Katie Alldritt or a design/build workshop that uses gads of technology called Inventor Grrls.  On Thursday, Alec Joler teaches the basics of Storyboarding and Animation.  Rounding out the week, we have a digital photography class on Saturdays called Downtown Documentary.  Whether you’re pursuing an already loved art form or looking to discover a new way to be creative, there’s surely a way to get involved this Fall.
