We have been squeezing in as much outdoor time as we possibly can these last weeks of school.  Here is a little glimpse into our week.

We sprayed fabric and paper:

We dug in the dirt and planted lots of plants.  This summer we will have a Kansas bed, a strawberry bed, a vegetable bed and lots and lots of butterfly gardens.  A very special THANK YOU to our garden sponsor Vinland Valley Nursery!

Playing outside is so important for our preschoolers to gain self confidence in their physical bodies, to take calculated risks, improve social skills, strengthen friendships, and to build a foundation of a  lifetime love of the outdoors
